“I have done this before, aren’t I?”
It is hard to recall when, but everything Sunu sees now has been there before. He is standing on the edge of a cliff, with no shirts on. His shoes has worn off, and is as messy as his hair. From where he is, he can see almost all the trees in a nearby forest, and he can hear the sea roars below. It is an insanely familiar situation.
“Did I jump?”
He looks down, and the familiarity is still there. He can see water splashes to giant rocks down there. If Sunu jumped before, he must be dead now. So he pinches his arm, and it hurts.
And it is familiar.”What is this?”Sunu closes his eyes. He takes a deep breath. Twice. Three times. Four times. Then nothing.Sunu stops breathing.”This is a life not worth living”, he says. And he jumps.
